Shaping and supporting large acquisition programmes
Within Niteworks Telaugos have both led and provided expert consultancy to a long-running series of projects which have defined the framework for the provision of A400M in-service support solution, and modelled the options available in order to provide objective evidence for MoD decisions. Key activities included:
- Developing an A400M ISS modelling strategy outline for the short and medium term. This required the definition of a set of questions framing the requirement for the task and creation of a parametric model to support evidence provision for the Main Gate business case.
- Liaising with key industry suppliers, developing a framework for A400M ISS acquisition, and identifying and analysing options against multiple criteria.
- Providing expert consultancy to develop A400M ISS Engine Options using the same approach of liasing with suppliers, developing a framework, and analysing options.
